I'm very proud of myself. I have been FAITHFUL to the exercise program I started last month! Of course that means that I am feeling healthier, and that, of course, feels great.
I've basically been doing Denise Austin's 'Getting Fit' program that I TiVo. It's 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week doing aerobics, and some crunches and stretches, basically. I don't always do it with the TV program. I've gotten the routine down, so I often do it with TiVoed 'Family Feud' (the new one with John O'Hurley). Or - like today I did the stretches and crunches then went for a long, fast walk.
I've only lost 3 pounds, but have decided NOT to try and lose weight, but to just GET IN SHAPE. Actually, I'd love to lose 10 pounds, but have decided not to stress about that. (That's MAJOR for me.)
I'm writing this so I will KEEP AT IT!!! (You might ask how the exercising is going. I don't want to have to lie.)
P. S. Wasn't that Super Bowl game exciting?!
