I've got my green on. . .

. . . so no one's gonna pinch me today. . . though be warned, I may do some pinching.

I usually don't play in the tea room on Monday but there's this sweet lady who's having a St. Patrick's Day party today and she really wanted me there. It is always nice to be wanted. And I will be glad that after today I don't have to play 'My Wild Irish Rose' or 'When Irish Eyes are Smiling' or 'O Danny Boy' or 'I'm Looking Over a Four-Leaf Clover' for a while. Well, actually, I have never HAD to play those songs, but since March started I have been trying to get the tea room crowd in the Irish mood . . . and though that has not been that long ago - I am WEARY of those songs. So I guess I did NOT get myself in the mood.

Hmm. Not much news on my front, I guess. (I'm still enjoying the news of Rob and Caroline.)

Have a great green day.
