Can't breathe . . .

(I thought that was a good title for a post, Caroline. hey hey. ... especially when you can't breathe.)

I've got a full blown cold. Ugh.

Fortunately Sam is feeling much better. (He had more than a cold.) Looks like he'll be able to preach tomorrow night. Whew!

To make me feel better I will write some things I like. I thought about writing about things that don't cost any money - since the economy is in dire straits - but I opted not to.
Here they are:

I like . . .

. . . living in Colleyville, Texas.

. . . shopping at Stein Mart.

. . . eating a small (or medium) Schlotzsky's Original Sandwich on sourdough bread.

. . . this quote:
Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.
— Albert Camus

. . . and especially this verse:
Psalm 16:8
I have set the Lord always before me.
Because he is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken.

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND. Oh and BREAK A LEG, JOHN C.!!

(I'm glad you can breathe better now, Caroline.)

I'm so sorry you're sick! Today was my first day back and it was super busy. I'm resting tonight so that I'm ready to face those crowds tomorrow.

I miss you too! Feel better soon!

We should all spend money to help out the economy. Shopping spree?
