An in-honor-of-Thanksgiving cartoon . . .

This cartoon is hilarious. I mean it's really dumb, but it made me laugh out loud, so though it's silly, it's a good one.

I'm on a roll with the book. I had to take some time yesterday to figure out the story of the dead girl and who Jim Cotton was. I knew he was the villain, but didn't have a clue what his problem was.

So, NOW I finally know the ending and how all the pieces fit together. I've written seven pages already this morning, and it's just falling out of me. What fun. At this rate I'll hit the 50K word count for nano way before the Sunday night deadline. I'm almost to 42K right now. I think the story will probably go beyond the 50k, but not too far past that. At least not this first draft. I think you're going to LOVE how it ends. I sure do.

Oh, I named one of my nice characters for you -- Nancy Satterwhite (get it -- Nancy White???). If you don't like the idea, I can always change her name, but I wanted to use your name since you are my #1 cheerleader in this endeavor.

Thanks again for that.
