Read this. Heed this.

Don't talk on your cell phone when it's charging. (You thought I was going to say 'driving', didn't you? Well that, too.) My mother sent me an e-mail on this and it was ALARMING. I think the odds of dying when talking on a charging phone are slim, but DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE, it could happen.

That reminds me, my wonderful in-laws had a friend who lost a daughter when she stood in a tiny bit of water in the bathroom near the sink and somehow was electrocuted. I don't think she was drying her hair or anything. It was freakish. So be careful of a little water and being near any kind of electricity.
Also, DON'T TEXT WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING. I've heard recent horror stories of this, and now that I'm texting a little (REALLY a little) I am even tempted to do it. (Who would have thought.) Anyway, don't! And don't Twitter while driving. Oh my. There are some horrible things that can happen when you think you're invincible and can do anything while driving. It only takes a nanosecond to be gone from this earth - or be maimed for life. (Ask me. I know stories. I'm sure you do, too.)

Life is precious.

I just had to say all that.

On a much lighter note, there's this (that my mother also sent me). . .
