...if everything isn't perfect.
Things can be messy.
Dirty clothes, and sheets, and towels, can lie (lay) on the floor in the laundry room.
Dirty dishes in the sink.
It's okay.
Whew.
What a relief to know that I don't have to be perfect.
Whew.

yeah me too, i still have to fold laundry . . . the laundry that i mentioned like, five hours ago in my post
I agree. Perfection is highly overrated.
Had to laugh at the never-ending lie/lay conundrum. I think it's lay in this case, but it's easier to circumvent the whole issue:
Dirty clothes can sit on the floor.
Dirty clothes can remain on the floor.
Dirty clothes can languish on the floor.
Dirty clothes can rot on the floor.
That's my favorite way to avoid a lie/lay mistake. LOL!
I have piles of laundry on the floor too. See? I just avoided the whole lie/lay thing. Apparently Richard is out of t-shirts for his uniform, so I have to do at least a load today. (sigh) It never ends.
Indeed.
I just need to learn to listen to that a bit more.
