I'm in Barnes and Noble in Oklahoma City, drinking a Chai Latte. Sam and I are sitting here immersed in (on) our computers. Where we stayed last night we had to pay for free wireless... and we wouldn't.
Hmm. That meant last night I could read my book without the distraction of blogs, facebook, news, etc., etc. It was kind of nice.
Now we have 2 hours of uninterrupted time at Barnes and Noble - to check emails, blogs, etc., before we go to our meeting. I may close my computer, though, and just read my book. Hmm.
Don't you just love free, uninterrupted time?
It's one of my favorite things.

I am thinking of my hometown now. Mission, Texas. And McAllen, Texas. And Mercedes, Texas, where I was born. And Donna, Texas, so near there...

I agree, but I hope you don't get a chance to read my comment until you get back from OK. That would be a nice break.
I do!
That's one of my favourite things about my overseas adventures... I leave the cell, the blackberry, the laptop, etc at home. I only email when I have to...
So, so nice.
Paying for free wireless. Hmmm. What's wrong with that picture?
Not having to worry about all our electronic gadgets is nice though. Whenever we're at my parents we don't get to get on the internet because they don't have it. Have to go into town to get the free wireless....that's actually free.
Ha! Teri, I guess it wasn't free!! Ha!!
I do love when I have time to do whatever I want. I just finished my homework so I actually had time to blog. Check it out!!
I DO love free and uninterrupted time. And spending it at Barnes and Noble. I'm excited that they have free wifi now!
