You need to always have your camera ready...

You never know when you're going to see something you've never seen before.
(Have YOU ever seen a toaster car before?)

Oh, and there was this vehicle with this message...That brought me a chuckle.

This next picture may not bring you a chuckle, but it may cause your jaw to drop...I found that to be surprising... (Did you notice it said DFW AIRPORT?! (Not just DFW.))
Whoa.
-------

On a different - and more important - note: Laura is getting married June 5th -- not July 17th!!! Yes. Things DO change. Nothing IS set in stone, well, until it IS actually SET in stone.

(The date change has to do with honeymoons and work schedules - and stuff like that.)

And, though it will not work for some, the new date does work for all the principal characters: bride, groom, preacher, flower girl, bridesmaids, groomsmen, caterer, photographer, church, and parents of the bride and groom.

It does mean 'crunch time' is here.... but, hey... bring it on!!!!
(Seriously, we're excited.)

LOVE the pics. The toaster car is TOOOOOOOO funny. I would probably have driven into a curb (or another car) if I had been out and about and seen it . . .

You are going to be a busy, busy lady with the moved up wedding date!!! I will never be the mother of the bride (since I only have a son), and that is probably a good thing. I don't think I could handle the stress. Couldn't even handle it (didn't even want to try) when I was the bride. Short, sweet and simple - that was the motto of the day when Kevin and I got married almost 28 years ago. Oh, yeah - did I say INEXPENSIVE? That was the keyword. We were as poor as little churchmice. Believe it or not, we do not have one single photo of us the day we got married. But here we are, almost 28 years later, still married :-D

Keep up the blogging, Nancy-my-dear - I always enjoy reading your random thoughts (I don't believe they are random, by the way - they always make too much sense to be random).

Oh wow, big changes! How exciting though! That's the same day as Kayla's wedding, so it must be a good day! :)

Love the random sightings. I've seen that DFW Airport sign -- it's staggering, isn't it?

1. I love being from such a HUGE state!

2. The toaster car might make an appearance in my classroom, if you don't mind! We have a "punny pictures" wall.

3. I'll probably need to put up the potty van too ... We're all about potty humor in 5th grade. :o)

Thank you for a Tuesday smile!
