Buon Giorno!

Buon Giorno is Italian for 'Good Day'.
So BUON GIORNO to YOU!!

It is also the name of a great coffee house in Grapevine, BUON GIORNO.

The other night these four (and I) went there to hear a friend of Laura and Ryan's perform...
Here's their friend...

Here's a picture from near the front door...

Ah, but we've been to BUON GIORNO before (besides just for coffee)....

Here's Will a few years back...

And here's Laura...

And here's one of her fan club members looking on...

Oh, and here's her mother, who wanted her 15 minutes...

Oh and here is her brother with Michael Moran....

Those two (Will and Mike) have formed the band EARLY MORNING CREATURES (Click on that and go to their website and hear some of their songs.)
They played recently at the Deep Elum Arts Festival in Dallas ...
That's Will on the left, and Mike second from the right.

They are great.   They've been performing around the metroplex and recently won a 'Battle of the Bands' contest which has insured them many more gigs.
(Sam and I try to go, when it's not too past our bedtime.)

Well, those pictures span a few years.... but I love them and it was worth finding them to post.

(This blog is good for me ... it brings memories.)

(Or maybe I bring the memories.  ??)

Speaking of memories... soon I'll be posting more ....  of wonderfulness....
Mmmm.
Stay tuned.

Lot of fun musical memories at Buon Giorno! Fyi: according to my Italian teacher you should say "buon giorno" before lunch and "buona sera" (good evening) after.
