Handprints! ... and more....

My niece, Elizabeth, is very creative.

She wanted her children's handprints on an Easter plate, but wanted something different than the typical bunny pictures. .. so she designed this plate...

Here it is up close....
Notice the hand palms make the bodies of the sheep, and the fingers make the legs, and the thumbs make the heads.

Elizabeth said she's keeping the plate out for display even though Easter is past, and then we both said, "Well, Easter is ALWAYS."

Yes.
That makes living in this sometimes horrific world wonderful.
----------

On a different note, 14 years ago today we had this...

which was this...

... which means that 64 years ago today my parents got married.

I'm so glad they did!
!!!!!!
---------
Tonight we'll eat together with Mother, and miss Daddy so much.

Ah, but wonderful memories we have.

God is good.

Love! Thanks for posting this! And the lady who painted the plate is amazing - Lori Dodson of Lolo and Pop designs. She comes to your house to take the handprints!
