Wednesday Whimsy...

... from LoneStar Antiques (5605 Denton Highway, Haltom City, TX) ... where there is a spring sale going on!!!

(I would love it if you left a comment (here or on Facebook), telling me which picture you like best!) (No pressure.)
(I have one I like best, and am curious to see if others like that one, too.)  (I'll tell you in my next post which one that is.)

If you told me which one you like the most, THANK YOU!!

Oh, and I have a new poll up (upper right), with time left on my other poll. Thanks for voting!

I wouldn't mind sitting in these blue patio chairs, drinking iced tea and getting a bit of sunshine (Vitamin D3). In one display I see the shoe of the Wicked Witch of the West. I love the picture of the 3 little girls - it has to be a Norman Rockwall. That gorilla scares me, but hey, hey we're the Monkees ia a FAV! I love the blue crystal....so pretty. The book collection though will always be my very favorite. I sure remember those S & H green stamps - pasting them in their little books for my mom so we could go get our prize. That yellow dress with its flowing organza is just beautiful...looks like something Audrey Hepburn would wear while dancing in the movie "Sabrina". BUT the best is the last one showing a very special person taking a picture. Hmmm, who could that be?

I think I'm the only one who has voted for Saved By The Bell! Goes to show that your demographic may be a little older. I was just watching it the other day on Netflix. It used to be my fave, now it's just nostalgic. I haven't seen much of the other shows.

My favorite picture if the mirror, because you're in it! It captures what happens behind-the-scenes on Nancy's Nook.

Elizabeth, I can so see that Mobil Oil picture in Andrew's room!

And Laura, I think you're right on my demographic. Ah, but you are not the sole person who voted for "Saved By the Bell".

(I usually make up my own polls, but that one I got somewhere online... it goes to show you that I need to make my own... and trust myself.)

The mixer really hit me...We had that exact same mixer when i was a child growing up. I remember how me and my two sisters would argue over who got a beater or the bowl to lick!
