Well, DUH!

It seems that the obvious is OBVIOUS!!!
Scotland IS the place most folks want to visit these days.

Please click HERE to read an article I like on that.

And here's a map I like ...

Right now the days are short and the nights are long in Scotland.   They have about 6 hours of daylight.

Here's one of my favorite pictures of our visit in the fall...
That's father and son, looking like they're in a Harry Potter movie or something.

And here's Will and Bailey buying subway tickets with Scottish pounds....
In England they call the subway the Tube, but not in Scotland.

Here's another picture I like...
That's Bailey, Will and Sam at the Kelvingrove Museum, listening to the short organ concert - that is everyday at 1:00!!

Here's what Sam is taking a picture of...
That's the organ above those doors, and if you look closely you can see the organist.

I blogged quite a bit about Scotland in my early November '12 posts (click HERE for one of those), and I'm wanting to blog some more... so I guess I'll have to go over there to get new material!!!
Now THAT'S a plan!!!

(I had thought Will and Bailey's coming home for Christmas would make me not miss them so much now. It's done the OPPOSITE!! I MISS THEM MORE!!)

On a different note, I found a treat at WORLD MARKET that was a hit as a gift with some folks at Christmas...

Here's what they look like on my paper towel...
They're quite good.

I've become quite a fan of WORLD MARKET...

My daughter is also a fan.

In closing I'll share some pictures of her ski trip to Angel Fire, NM....

I don't know about you, but seeing those beautiful pictures makes me feel all cozy and snug here in my den!!
Thanks for reading my blog.
Now I will go talk to Sam about planning our next visit to Scotland!!

Will said that he and Sam were actually talking about how they felt a bit like they were in Oliver Twist as they walked along that road.

If only the construction wasn't there and their outfits were different, I could see it!

So many fun things! And those chocolate chips are yummy. I like the salty and sweet and crunch combo.
