We're doing a book signing of our
(It's about how I wanted to start the church, then I didn't want to start it, then we started it, and then I was GLAD we did.... and how I felt along the way. (It started out as a history of Bear Valley, but I couldn't resist writing my feelings about it all.))
I'm assuming and presuming you might be interested in this book.
That 'Geez' is because he came in about a month later and wanted to know if I liked it.
I couldn't tell him that I'd started on the first page (out of obligation) and didn't go for it. (It was a novel about a young missionary lady and her romance - or something.) Fortunately I didn't have the feeling I HAD to read it, so I didn't. (I'm the boss of me.) But then he came in - whoa. I told him I had started it - and then life happened, I got busy, and well, I thanked him again for it. Hopefully I would read it soon. (And I read more of it - enough to tell him that he 'had a way with words.')
So I'm telling you that you don't have to READ the book.
Just rejoice with us that we WROTE the book!
And you can get a signed copy tomorrow!!
