More on Anna (because I can't say too much about Anna)...

Little Anna had a birthday last week...

That's her with her Nana - her great grandmother - my dear Mother Margaret.

We had a celebration at our house Wednesday night....

Nana gave her some dolls  -  Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy...

The day after she got them she told me they were her 'best toys'!!
And I believed it!

Here is the moment she got them....

Here is the next moment....
Sweetness!!!

On Friday Anna had her official birthday party...
... where she blew out her three candles.

When the group sang "Happy Birthday to You " it was the loudest "Happy Birthday to You" that I had EVER heard!.....

After cupcakes....
and other snacks, she opened her presents...

While her big sister took notes on who gave her what...

And then some of the children played in the wonderfully huge backyard....

And Anna's 'Mimi' (John's mom) took care of Baby Clara...

Later, Clara was held by her loving mom, Meredith...

And then was with her mom and Aunt Katherine and Cousin Jack....
(I agree, these are movie-star-beautiful people.)

Oh, here's Jack with his Coco....
Coco is Jack's great grandmother, and one of the most interesting people in the whole wide world.
(I need to devote at least one or two blog posts to Coco - Alice.)

Oh, here is Anna's cousin Abigail taking care of some of the folks at the pet hospital...
The theme for the party was Doc McStuffins.
Click HERE and HERE to find out about Doc McStuffins.
You'll like the info.

Oh, here's Coco again, with some of her beautiful family...
From left, Joel, Katherine with Jack, Coco (Alice) and Mimi (Susan) with Clara.
They're all family to me ...
..since Elizabeth married into their family.
Well, Elizabeth's family is MY family.

And it's a WONDERFUL family.

And soon I will tell you of a wonderful baptism at Lake Grapevine.
It involves somebody in the previous pictures.

Stay tuned.
