I'm disgusted...

This business of Michael Moore - and others - calling Chris Kyle, the real American Sniper, a coward (and maybe a Nazi).. has really, really irked me.
(There are no flattering pictures of him.)

I usually try to cut people some slack.
Especially liberal-types.
I mean I can understand why some folks have liberal ideas -  like pro-choice and gun control, and taxing the rich more...
I can kind of understand that stuff.

And I can understand why people are agnostics, and maybe even atheists (though I do have a opinion about that - in light of creation, etc.)  (But I can understand - what with all the horror in the world.)

Some of you are disappointed in me now...
and some of you think I don't need to air my views...I just need to show granddaughter pictures and great niece and great nephew pictures on this blog.

But I have views - and disgust.
Right now I'm disgusted with Michael Moore and his (and other Hollywood-types') views of Clint Eastwood's THE AMERICAN SNIPER.

And I am a fan of James Taylor, but Kerry having him play "You've Got A Friend" to France - was well, in my opinion, kind of weird.

And Obama not calling radical Islam for what it is is crazy. Some think it's because he wants to be in talks with Iran - and that would insult Iran.
Oh dear, let's not insult anybody about anything.

I have opinions about stuff.
And rage.

And this morning I found out there may be more beheadings by ISIS.

Tonight is the State of the Union Address.
I may watch it.
But I may just watch reruns of CRIMINAL MINDS on ION.  Yeah - now there's some blood and guts (but I really like Dr. Spencer Reid).

I'll close with this verse - of hope...
(You knew I'd preach.)
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”  - John 16:33

Oh, and there's Psalm 46...
1God is our refuge and strength,
    an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.

I may get disgusted with what's going on .... but I do have hope.
WHAT A PROFOUND RELIEF.

(I'm feeling better now that I've blogged... and thought about hope.)

And I think we need to pray for Michael Moore - not that he'll become more conservative - but that he will have hope in his life, too.

Hmmm how many lives would have been saved had a sniper taken out Hitler, and Osama Bin Laden....
Snipers are more in line with "the greater good" theory.
I agree with you....
