It's that month again...

... THE HEART MONTH ...

I've found some pictures of old Valentines that I like
that I'll be posting these next few days.
(You can find A LOT of vintage Valentines to buy
at LoneStar Antiques (5605 Denton Highway, Haltom City, TX.)

In other news...
I have an upcoming blog post I've been working on...
and will post it in a few days.
I've titled it "I DIDN'T WANT A JOCK, I WANTED A GEEK!"
(My hubby gave me his complete permission to have the post titled that.)

BUT FOR NOW...
let me say..;
Valentine's Day is overrated.
So overrated.

That's what I think.

So many folks are single,
or heartbroken...
and
Valentine's Day
reminds them
of what they don't have.

Well, phooey on that.

Did you hear about the lady who married herself?
You can read about it by clicking HERE.
And here's her picture...
She impresses me.

I, personally, know some folks that wish they were single.
And I've known some folks that have made that happen...
much to the despair of many other folks.
(There's a whole other post I could (and you could) write about that.)

I recently found an article I wish all married women would read...
(including me - if I could turn back time)
It's "The Number One Complaint Men Have About Marriage."
If you are married,
or ever think you'll be married,
read that article.
Personally I think it applies to all folks, EVERYONE.
YEAH.

And let's think about this Valentine's Day as a day about LOVE,
and not just romantic love.

Yeah.

------
Oh, and stay tuned for...
"I DIDN'T WANT A JOCK,
I WANTED A GEEK!"
It's coming to a blog near you!
