Trivia Tuesday...

Ants, ants, ants everywhere … Well, they are said to never cross a chalk line. So get your chalk out and draw a line on the floor or wherever ants tend to march. See for yourself.

The first CD pressed in the US was Bruce Springsteen’s “Born in the USA.”

The King Ranch in South Texas is larger than Rhode Island.

The chef at Simpliciteas Tea Room in LoneStar Antiques (5605 Denton Highway, Haltom City, TX) makes the absolute best quiche around.  (I tried a slice a quiche at a different place recently... and it was not nearly as delicious as Alex's.)

Here's Alex making some quiche...

Alex is the father of four.  His beautiful wife, Maria, had their fourth a few weeks after our Liam was born.
Here's Maria with Baby Allison and her two older brothers...
Allison's older sister wasn't there Saturday.
I'll have to get her picture soon.

Other trivia...

Blueberry Jelly Bellies were created especially for Ronald Reagan.
He loved jelly beans.

Two-thirds of the world's eggplants are grown in New Jersey.
Who knew?

Sam and I graduated the exact same time at Baylor University in May, 1974...
but we didn't meet until 1977 when we kind of recognized each other ...
and the rest is history...
Nell has grown since that picture,
but Sam and I still look about the same, I think.

That's all for today.

Stay tuned to learn how to get your feet smooth and silky feeling.
(Yes, even if you have old feet, like mine.)
