The FOURTH is with us!

July 4th is already being celebrated everywhere!

Here are two pictures from LoneStar Antiques...
The day after I took that picture that beautiful shirt was gone - sold!
(So don't go there today to buy that shirt, but you can buy those skates!)

Here is what you (I'd) see when you walk into the antique mall...
That gets me patriotic!

And here is Mother's porch that helps us feel patriotic...

And here she is in front of the Parkwood main entrance...

Parkwood had a spectacular party Friday night...
It was a fun evening... with hamburgers and hotdogs... and guests (like me).
Parkwood knows how to celebrate.

In the entrance living room/lobby, I took this picture of those who had served in the military...
In the top middle, there is my dad...
He was a proud Marine...
and I am a proud daughter!

Oh, and he was a proud Aggie, too.
What a great combination:
an Aggie/Marine!!!

And he always flew the American Flag on every patriotic occasion...
plus all other times, too!

I miss him so.

---------

I hope you have a wonderful July 4th.
I plan on having one tomorrow...
and will post pictures of it afterwards!!!
