Today, I have special pics...

I don't really know where to start with my special pics - that are special to me.

I'll start with this special one...

That's Liam, with his big sister Nell.
They are two of my grandchildren.
I DON'T THINK THERE ARE ANY MORE SPECIAL PEOPLE
THAN ONE'S GRANDCHILDREN!!!

(Well, that's what I think.
And I know there are folks without grandchildren.
I wish you had some.)

And here I am with those two...
Notice Nell's shirt (pajama top) - it tells it like it is.
(Like she is.)
-------

On a TOTALLY DIFFERENT NOTE - here's my cousin's gorgeous daughter, Sydney,
in a special wedding...
She's just to the top right of the bride, who is the bride of her brother Andrew.
(That white-haired man is their dad.)

Maybe you can see her in the background of this fun picture of her brother and his bride,
as they exit their wedding.
That's Shelby and Andrew.
They got married in Texarkana last weekend.

Sam and I got to go.
It was WONDERFUL
It seems Shelby and Andrew were (are) definitely made for each other.

--------
The next morning a lot of us had breakfast together
(as the wedding couple made for their honeymoon).

We missed them...
but we had each other.

Here am I with one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world...
my little cousin, Carol...
We got the memo to wear peach colored clothes.
But then, we like lots of the same kind of clothes (as I have thought through the years).

Oh, and her son Ethan and I had a lot in common.
He wears a cap he inherited from my dad.
He wears it all the time.
Of course it is my dear dad's A&M cap from years ago.

What could be better?!?

Yes, Ethan is a little taller than I.

Oh my, handsome is the word for Ethan.
(Handsome inside and out.)

------

I am so glad I have a great extended family.

THANK YOU, LORD.

--------

I have other things to blog about -
like today is Sam's and my 39th wedding anniversary!!!

I'll tell you an interesting story about that picture later (actually 2 interesting stories).
 ----------

I better go.

[I know, this post is a hodgepodge of pics,

but that's the way I'm feeling.
And if I wait till it was (were) perfect, I'd never blog.]

-------

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
