Favorite Things...

Here are some fun random favorites I have randomly found...

-----------

A fun birthday cake...

Notice how easy that would be.
(Use Kit Kat bars, and maybe Little Debbie Star Crunches (even without the cupcakes.)

And another fun (more manly) b'day cake...

Different subject...
Here's a unique set of salt and pepper shakers...
Did you see the Carmacks name??
There is a town in the Yukon named Carmacks,
because George Washington Carmack is credited
with finding gold in the Klondike in 1896.
Really!
In 1898 the Klondike Gold Rush happened.
In the summer of 1997 our family went to Carmacks
and celebrated.
We went in a big RV and drove and drove and drove.

Will was 12 (almost 13) and Laura was 10 (almost 11).
(Sam, and Will and Laura are descendants of G.W. Carmack!!!)
Needless to say it was the trip of a lifetime.
(I'll show you more someday.)

Now Will and Laura are older and have kids of their own,
so Sam and I can verify this sign...

Here are some interesting interior decorating ideas...

and

and
Well, I liked those.

Oh, here's what must be a great church I found...
That is the Free Church of Tonga.
It's on Main Street in Euless, TX, way south of 183.
I just came across it and had to take its picture.
I have not attended, but I think it must be a great church.
Tongans are known to be wonderful people.

Across the street from it (on the same east side) is this store...
I'm guessing there are some unique yummies in there.
I'll have to try it out someday.

On a totally different note,
I like this ...

------------

I'll close with this, which maybe you've seen. I love it (on a shirt, or framed, or anywhere)...

That's all for now.

Thanks for reading my blog.
